Importante Compañia de la industria del Petroleo y Gas está buscando el puesto de Operador de soldadura de tuberías para trabajar en un proyecto onshore ubicado en Italia. Las personas seleccionadas contaran con una formación en Rumania de 5 semanas.

Mision:

▪Controlar o ajustar cualquier parámetro de soldadura para sistemas de soldadura automáticos o mecanizados donde las condiciones de soldadura requeridas se mantienen por medios mecánicos o electrónicos pero pueden variarse manualmente durante el proceso (Passo, Presto, Orbital TIG, SWS, TIG Remelting, Plasma Remelting, etc. .)

▪ Estar calificado para tuberías terrestres y marinas en materiales estándar (Aceros al carbono, Aceros inoxidables) y no estándar (Dúplex, Aleaciones de níquel, Tubería revestida). Estar también calificado para procesos estándar y no estándar manuales o semiautomáticos (GTAW, SMAW Uphill & Downhill, gsFCAW, ssFCAW, GMAW, GMAW STT, Arc Air Gouging, etc.) en todas las posiciones de soldadura (2G, 5G, 6G). Realizar los trabajos de soldadura respetando la seguridad, la calidad y las normas medioambientales. El Operador de Soldadura de Tuberías permanecerá bajo la supervisión del Capataz de Soldadura (disciplina)

Tasks:

▪ Carry out the Welding  work in the planned times and costs

▪ Ensure the proper implementation of approved operating procedures

▪ Ensure observance of the project specifications

▪ Ensure that safety standards are respected ▪ Ensure that production quality and quantity standards are observed and issue the hand-over of completed works

▪ Carry out the welding qualification procedure and welder qualification tests when required

▪ Carry out the welders repairs or cosmetic weld toe adjustment in case of errors or defects by grinding or Carbon Arc Air gouge

▪ Participate to pipe/plate fit up with the pipe fitting and spacer team

▪ Clean welds after each pass

▪ Perform a preliminary check of the welds after completion

▪ Maintain a good housekeeping of his working place reducing the environmental footprints

▪ Respect environments and environmental rules.

▪ Be assigned to job such as Piles Jacket instalation, Trasition pieces welding, Columns and Deck Welding, pipeline double joint in prefabriction area and main line AGMAW equipments (Passo and SWS or Presto, TIG Remeltin, Plasma Remelting) and pipeline repairs

▪ Be assigned to job such as AWTie-in welding in 5G or main line firingline piggy back welding, abandon/recovery heads installations

▪ Mentoring to new entry resources during training programs in order to explain the welding processes know-how.

Requirements

1. The welders will be mobilized first to Ploiesti Romania for training and then assigned to vessels.
   
2. Welding skills: GTAW /FCAW/SMAW and MIG/MAG
   
3. Material: Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, CLADDING, Iconel
   
4. Application: Pipe and piping
   
5. Welding position: 5G, 2G, 6G and 6GR
   
6. B1 English level
